Greg and his team are very professional and easy to work with. This is the second home that I have sold through them in the last 2 years. They are patient and will walk you through any of the initial forms that you need to fill out as well as the entire process. Both of my homes sold with the buyers having an agent that found my home on MLS. I got to pick the fee that I was willing to pay a potential realtor that brought me a buyer (2.5% instead of 6%). I saved a bunch of money and their realtor handled all of the work. I highly recommend them!
