Then, because of the lack of production, most agents don’t have a system in place that they consistently follow every time when working with buyers and sellers. In essence, they are making it up as they go along.
Even some seasoned agents that have been in the real estate business for years are not able to survive the cyclical nature of real estate. Some do very well in the good times, but then are forced out of the business when a downturn hits.
